Recipe by Naiya Sheth: Must be surprised! A cup cake without baking. But that's true. It's a very quick and easy method to make delicious cup cake with lots of nuts and crunch. To make it more healthy and interesting I used digestive biscuits. You won't believe but it is very easy so, a kid can make it. Just collect and assemble, that's it. So enjoy this No Bake Chocolate Crisp Cup Cake as desert or any time healthy chocolate recipe for your kid.
Preparation time - 5 minutes
Cooking time - 2 minutes
Makes - 6 cup cakes
50 grams melted butter
100 grams dark chocolate
25 grams milk chocolate
3 to 4 tea spoon chopped nuts
(almonds, walnuts, cashews)
1 1/2 to 2 tea spoon milk

Ingredients to make No Bake Chocolate Crisp Cup Cake:
125 grams digestive cookies50 grams melted butter
100 grams dark chocolate
25 grams milk chocolate
3 to 4 tea spoon chopped nuts
(almonds, walnuts, cashews)
1 1/2 to 2 tea spoon milk
To serve with:
Chocolate truffle
Roasted and chopped nuts
Method to make No Bake Chocolate Crisp Cup Cake:
- Break the biscuits into small bite size pieces. Keep a side.
- In a microwave safe bowl mix chocolates and butter. Cook till chocolate melts at the interval of 30 seconds each.
- Let them cool at room temperature.
- Now mix it with crumbled cookies and roasted nuts. Mix well and add milk as needed.
- Again mix well and press in a muffins mould.
- Let them set for 10 to 15 minutes at room temperature.
- At the time of serving warm it in microwave for 30 seconds and cover with hot chocolate truffle and chopped nuts.
- Hot and tempting No Bake Chocolate Crisp Cup Cake is ready to serve.
