Taco Salad is very testy and easy as well as quick recipe.It is full of protein.

Ingredients to make Taco Salad:
Salsa dip | : | 1 cup |
Capsicum (finely chopped) | : | 2 |
Spring onion (finely chopped) | : | 5 – 6 |
Tomatoes (finely chopped) | : | 2 |
Boiled kidney beans | : | 1 cup |
Taco chips | : | 20 – 25 |
For salsa dip: | ||
Tomatoes | : | 3 – 4 |
Green chilly (soaked in vinegar) | : | 2 -3 |
Finely chopped onion | : | 1 small |
Red chilly powder | : | ½ tea spoon |
Capsicum | : | 1 small |
Ajwain | : | A pinch |
Oil | : | 1 table spoon |
Sugar | : | ½ tea spoon |
Salt to tast |
- For salsa dip: Cut tomatoes after removing peel.Roast capsicum on flame and remove peel and cut finely. Heat oil add ajwain and fry onion for about 30 - 40 seconds. Now add tomatoes,capsicum,salt,sugar and red chilly powder, cook for 4 - 5 minutes. Keep a side.
- Mix tomatoes,capsicum,spring onion and boiled kidney beans in salsa dip. Mix well.
- For serving take a taco chips and feel with above mixture. and serve healthy taco salad.
- You can serve taco chips and salad mixture in a dish separately also.
- For kids garnish with grated cheese.
