Serves 2 person
Ingredients to make Corn Cutlets:
1 cup boiled sweet corn
1 table spoon semolina
2 table spoons gram flour
or
2 table spoon corn flour
2 to 3 green chili finely chopped
1 tea spoon ginger paste
1/4 cup finely chopped coriander leaves
1 tea spoon lemon juice
A pinch garam masalo
1 big potato boiled and mashed
1/2 red capsicum chopped
1/2 green capsicum chopped
Salt to taste
Corn flour for dusting
Oil for frying
To serve with:
Tomato ketch up
- Roughly crush half of the sweet corn. Mix all the ingredients in a big mixing bowl.
 - Make small petties from the mixture.
 - Roll it in corn flour.
 - Heat oil in a pan and fry cutlets in it till light brown.
 - When fried remove from oil and drain on absorbent kitchen tissue.
 - Serve hot and delicious Sweet corn cutlets with tomato ketch up.
 
Tips for Corn Cutlets:
- Finely chopped onion,cabbage and paneer can be added.
 - Dip frying can be avoided.
