Learn, how to make healthy home made apple juice recipe
As we all know apple is very good for health. It is said that " AN APPLE A DAY KEEPS A DOCTOR AWAY".So here it's a recipe for apple juice.
Serves - 15
preparation time - 15 minute
Ingredients to make Apple Juice:
Sour apple  |    :  |    1 kg.  |   
Sugar  |    :  |    3 cup  |   
Water   |    :  |    3 cup  |   
Corn flour  |    :  |    2 table spoon  |   
Citric acid  |    :  |    1 ½ tea spoon  |   
Salt to test  |    ||
Mint leaves   |    :  |    30- 35  |   
- Cut washed apple without removing peels. Add 1 1/2 cup water in it and boil it. Add corn flour slurry in to the apple and stir well. let it cool at room temperature.
 - Crush and strain it properly.
 - Make sugar syrup from remaining water and sugar. When it comes to boil add diluted citric acid in to the syrup. Strain the syrup.
 - Mix apple pulp and sugar syrup properly. Let it cool at room temperature. Add salt to teat.
 - For serving put crushed ice in a serving glass,and then pour chilled apple juice in the glass, garnish with mint leaves.
