☕️ The Perfect End to a Perfect Mug
Preparation time - 2 minutes
Cooking time - 5 to 7 minutes
Makes - one mug
Ingredients to make Hot Chocolate:
300 ml milk
I used low fat milk, but you may use your choice of milk
2 to 2 1/2 tablespoon sugar
1 tablespoon corn flour
2 tablespoon cocoa powder
2 teaspoon instant coffee powder
Method to make Hot Chocolate:
- In a small mixing bowl add cocoa powder, coffee powder and corn flour. Mix well.
- Add 2 to 3 tablespoon cold milk to it. Mix well to make lump Free paste type mixture. Keep a side.
- In another vessel, add milk and sugar. Let them come to boiling temperature at slow flame.
- Add above mixture to it and mix properly.
- Again let it boil for 2 minutes. Stir occasionally.
