Ingredients to make Golden Elixir: The Ultimate Saffron & Nut Milk:
1/4 cup roasted pistachio
1/2 cup roasted cashew
1 cup roasted almonds
1 teaspoon saffron strands
2 tablespoon cardamom powder
1 1/2 to 2 cup milk powder
For saffron milk:
500 ml milk
1 to 2 tablespoon sugar
Method to make Golden Elixir: The Ultimate Saffron & Nut Milk:
First dry roast all nuts seperately. I roasted them in microwave.
Let them cool properly.
Roughly crush them seperately. I prefer to crush in chopper. ( You can also crush in mixer jar.)
In a big mixing bowl add all crushed nuts, cardamom powder and milk powder.
Delicately roast saffron and crush it by hand.
Mix them properly.
How to make saffron milk:
Heat milk in a pan and add sugar to it. Let it come to boiling temperature.
Add 1 1/2 to 2 tablespoon ready milk masala to it and again boil for another 3 to 4 minutes.
Our super delicious saffron milk is ready to serve.
Tips:
With same milk masala powder you can make chilled saffron milk also.
Add powder sugar and milk masala powder to chilled milk. Mix well and serve.
To make it more creamy and super delicious you can also add vanilla/ kesar pista icecream to it.
