How to Make Paneer Veg. Roll

In earlier recipe we learn to make Beans on Bun. It was a very testy and healthy. But now it's time to Learn about the making  of Paneer Veg. Roll. Now this is a different version of that recipe with a filling of rich creamy paneer. I always use fresh home made paneer for better result. This easy and delicious recipe can be served as starter, snacks or as single menu dinner. Actually Paneer Veg. Roll can be made for kids party also. For that instead of hot dog rolls mini burger buns can be taken. Even left over paneer bhurji also can be taken.

Preparation time - 10 minutes
Cooking time - 10 minutes
Makes - 2 rolls

Ingredients to make Paneer Veg.Rolls:

2 big onions finely chopped
1/2 tea spoon cumin seeds
2 table spoon oil
2 tea spoon garlic paste
250 grams crumbled paneer
4 tomatoes pulp
Salt to taste
1/2 capsicum finely chopped
2 tea spoon red chilli powder
1/2 tea spoon turmeric powder
1 tea spoon green chilli paste
1/2 tea spoon ginger paste
2 table spoon butter 
2 hot dog loaf
2 table spoon finely chopped coriander 
2 table spoon grated cheese(opt.)

Method to make Paneer veg. Roll:

  • Heat oil in a pan. Add cumin seeds and let it crackle. When it crackles add ginger paste, garlic paste and cook for 1 minutes.
  • Now add green chillies and onions. Cook till light pink in colour. 
  • Now add tomato pulp and cook till oil appears at the top of the gravy.
  • Stir occasionally. Now add spices and capsicum, cook for 2 minutes.
  • At last add crumbled paneer. Cook for 2 minutes. Add coriander leaves and mix well.
  • Scoop a hot dog bun from the top and brush some melted butter in it. Fill above mixture in it and keep a side. Repeat the same for another.
  • Spread some cheese on the top and grill for 3 minutes in microwave.
  • Hot and delicious Paneer Veg. Roll is ready to serve. 
  • At the time of serving cut in 2 to 3 pieces.
