Pineapple Cakes are loved by every one. Here is a egg less recipe for  spongy pineapple cake. Which is very easy to make at home.

Ingredients to make Pineapple cake:
Condensed milk

- Sift cake flour, baking soda and cooking soda together for 3 - 4 times keep a side.
 - Mix sugar, condensed milk and butter in a big bowl beat for at least 5 minute continually.
 - Add soda water and pineapple essence in it and mix well.
 - Add sifted cake flour step by step and beat it properly.
 - Beat it for about 3 - 4 minute or till it becomes fluffy.
 - Pour the mixture in a greased and dusted cake tin.
 - Bake the pineapple cake for 30 - 40 minutes at 150 `temp. in preheated oven.
 - when ready let it cool at room temp.on a wire rack.
 - Make desire icing on Pineapple Cake and serve cool.
