Pasta salad is a rich & creamy salad recipe. As it contains vegetables and fruits, it is full of test and health.

Ingredients to make Pasta Salad:

 Pasta
:
1 cup
Carrot – chopped
:
1
Cucumber – chopped
:
1
Capsicum – chopped
:
1
Tomato – chopped
:
1
Apple – chopped
:
½
Orange
:
½
Single fat cream
:
2 table spoon
Black pepper powder
:
½  tea spoon
Chilly flacks
:
½ tea spoon
Oregano
:
½ tea spoon
Salt to taste            
                                                                                                                   
Method to make Pasta Salad:

  1. Boil pasta in the boiling water. Drain it in cold water and keep a side.
  2. You can take elbow, bow or shell shaped pasta you want.
  3. Mix all vegetables and fruits in a mixing bowl, sprinkle salt, black pepper, chilly flacks and oregano and mix well.
  4. Add pastas and single fat cream in it and mix it properly.
  5. Let it cool in refrigerator for 30 minutes. Garnish with mint leaves and serve chilled.
