Tomato Soup

Recipe by Naiya Sheth : Learn how to make delicious tangy Tomato soup. Here it's a home made recipe for tomato soup. Which is good for health also. To make it more healthy I tried to add carrot, onion and even potato also can be added. Even 2 to 3 mint leaves also can add a very nice taste. So enjoy the healthy recipe of delicious tomato soup today.

Serves - 4 
Preparation time - 10 minutes
Cooking time - 15 minutes

Ingredients to make Tomato Soup:

500 grams
200 grams
8 cups
1 table spoon
Corn flour
1 table spoon
100 gram
1 table spoon
Salt and black pepper powder
As per taste

For garnishing:

Bread sticks

Method to make Tomato Soup:

  1. Heat butter in a pen, fry onion and carrot in it for 2 minutes.
  2. Now pour 7 cups of water and when it is boiling add chopped tomatoes and cook to boil. Add corn flour slurry and let it thick.
  3. Churn strain with desire strainer.
  4. Add salt and pepper powder to test.
  5. Garnish with cream and serve hot tomato soup with bread sticks.
