Recipe by Naiya Sheth : Learn how to make  different pizza. This is a new sweet version of pizza. A sweet fruity pizza, which contains fruits as well as cream also. Means it's no more fast food but it's a sweet dish full of calcium and vitamins.

Serves - 8

Preparation time - 15 minutes
Cooking time - 2 minutes

Ingredients to make Pizza:


8”dia.sponge cake
:
1
Mix fruit jam
:
1 cup
Whipped sweet cream
:
1 cup
Chopped mix fruits (grapes, kiwi, strawberry, orange)
:
1 ½ cup
Mix nut
:
1table spoon
Grated white chocolate (opt)
:
¼ cup

Method to make Pizza:

  1. Cut vanilla sponge cake into 2 horizontally,so that it can make 2 pizza base.
  2. Bake it for few minutes to make it crispy.
  3. Apply jam on a base,then apply whipped sweet cream.
  4. Spread finely chopped fresh fruits properly.(soak cut fruits in sugar syrup for 20 minutes.)
  5. Spread grated white chocolate on it.(you can avoid this.)
  6. Put in refrigerator for 30 minutes. cut in to 8 pieces like pizza and Serve cold.
