How to Make Kulcha Pizza

I know kulcha and pizza are very different. But again it's a great combination. You can say it a pocket pizza also. In earlier recipe we learn to make kulcha burger, but now it's time to make kulcha pizza. I like to cook some thing different. And it comes very nice. Home made kulcha or ready made kulcha can be used. In this home made recipe of kulcha pizza, pizza sauce is filled in slit of kulcha, means it's little easy to handle it. So enjoy this yummy recipe today.

Ingredients to make - 10 minutes
Cooking time - 15 minutes
Serves - 4 person

Ingredients to make Kulcha Pizza:

4 big kulcha
Pizza sauce as needed (2 cups approx.)
1 cup fresh paneer
1 big onion
1 small capsicum
1 cup pizza cheese
1 cup process cheese
1 tea spoon chilli flacks
1 tea spoon oregano
1 table spoon black olives sliced
Butter as needed
Salt to taste
1 tea spoon oil
1 tea spoon black pepper powder

Method to make Kulcha Pizza:

  • Prepara kulcha as the recipe and keep a side.
  • Prepare pizza sauce and keep a side.
  • Cut paneer, capsicum and onion in equal cubes. Add oil, salt and black pepper powder to it. Keep a side for 10 to 15 minutes. Salute in non stick pan for 4 to 5 minutes.
  • Cut kulcha in 2 parts, make a slit in side the kulcha and apply some butter in it.
  • In a bowl add pizza sauce and then mix paneer and vegetables to it. Mix well. Add chilli flacks, oregano and olives to it. 
  • Fill some above pizza sauce in the slit of kulcha and cover with pizza cheese and process cheese.
  • At last sprinkle some chilli flacks and oregano over cheese. Grill in pre heated O.T.G. for 5 minutes at 150`c temperature or grill in ele. griller. 
  • Even you can shallow fry carefully on griddle - tavi also. But in that case apply some butter over outer side of the kulcha.
  • Repeat the same for remaining.
  • Serve hot and delicious kulcha pizza as starter or snack.
